FAQ's
How many resumes will I receive for each requisition ?
You will receive between one to three resumes per requisition in 30 days or less.
I can get a lot more for this from a job board, why am I getting only 1-3 resumes ?
Great question. Job boards or Job postings will yield candidate resumes. It takes a whole lot of effort to convert these resumes to candidate pipelines. We all know how exaggerated and padded some of these resumes can get. With our RaaS service, you will receive fully validated resumes with the following information for each candidate we submit.
1. Candidate contact information
2. Candidate Availability
3. Job Search Status
4. Active or Passive
5. How long has the candidate been active?
6. How many interviews did they have in the recent past?
7. How much time does the candidate need to accept a position if an offer is made?
8. How long can the candidate wait if a contingent offer is made?
9. How many offers does the candidate have in hand?
10. Reason for seeking a new opportunity
11. Skill Matrix
12. Communication skills
13. Salary Information
14. Last/Current Pay
15. Acceptable pay/hourly wage
16. Work Authorization details
17. Security Clearance details
18. Double submission status checks

What happens if we are not satisfied with the resumes you send us ?
We take great care in qualifying the position attributes before we embark on a search. You will have account managers whose main job is to deliver quality candidates for your search/requisition. They will be working with our recruiters and will be continuously calibrating candidates to make sure we are bringing you the best fit out there. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the first three resumes we will redo the search and send you additional candidates that fit the bill as per our SLA and offer discounts on our fee structure.
What happens to all the sourcing Intel you develop for our requisition ?
We believe in complete transparency and will send you a spreadsheet every month with all the candidate records we have sourced and their contact information for your files. That said you would receive a spreadsheet for each of the first four weeks we work on your search.
We already have in-house recruiters, and access to job boards and LinkedIn. Why should we use your services? It seems to me we are duplicating our efforts and increasing the candidate acquisition cost ?
This is the first reaction we hear from many of the prospects we talk to. Our Recruiting As A Service model is primarily designed to do the following:
1. Increase your recruiter’s bandwidth; We complement your recruiters and not compete with them
2. Help your recruiters to take on additional searches
3. Help your recruiters achieve more in a day…translation increase in the top/bottom line of your business
4. Help your recruiters build relationships with top candidates rather than sit and mine online job portals
5. Leave the mind-numbing data mining aspects to us
6. Cut your job board licenses and costs
7. Cut your recruiter payroll costs
8. Last but not least increase your recruiter net productivity

What are the TCO and ROI of your RaaS service offering ?
The TCO per requisition on a monthly basis is as low as $599/requisition/month (for the Full Lifecycle model) if you sign up for a 1-year agreement. We do not charge a success fee for any of our hires, unlike other search firms. The ROI is incredibly huge, as you will quickly realize all the tangible and intangible benefits to your CAPEX/OPEX.
